1. Standard Rental Duration is one day (24 hrs).
  2. Rental Rates for the first day is 100% , Second and the following days are 30%.
  3. Once booking is confirmed, the rental amount will not be refunded in case of Show cancellation / Postponement / Personnel Reason or Change in Program.
  4. Once the costume has taken out of this shop, the rental charges will be applicable, even if it is for Short Period of Time.
  5. Original Invoice has to be retained & to be returned back to us along with the costume.
  6. Trail and Photography is not Allowed.
  7. The bag has to be returned along with the costume or 30 will be deducted from the Deposit amount.
  8. We provide the Costumes in good condition without any damages. Customers are requested to ensure the same before leaving the shop.
  9. Any damange / loss of costumes or its accessories, the cost will be deducted from the Security Deposit, which has paid by the customer.
  10. For  Institutional customers,  Authorization letter is required from the Head of the Institution in order to consider concession on Security Deposit.
